Job Title: Child Focus Recruiter
Program: WWK Foster Care
Salary: $54,000-$57,000 (Based on experience and educational achievements)
General Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- BA degree in the human services field
- 3 years experience in child welfare, including adoption
- Available to have a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Available to travel throughout New York City.
Desired Skills:
- Strong public speaking, charismatic engagement and motivational skills.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills a plus.
- Ability to establish and build collaborative partnerships with child's team and community partners
- Competence in planning, organizing, scheduling, case documentation, and strong oral and written communication abilities
- Must possess strong human relations skills to communicate and work effectively within a culturally diverse work environment and community
