Job Title: Social Work Supervisor
Program: Enhanced Family Foster Care
Location: 1780 Bronx NY
Salary: $69,000 - 70,000 (depends on experience and educational achievements)
Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for a Empathetic & Experienced Social Work Supervisor for our Enhanced Family Foster Care Program. The Social Work Supervisors are instrumental in making sure that our casework practice and service delivery are aligned with the agency’s and ACS’ performance expectations. Supervisors are responsible for providing leadership and supervision to four Case Planners/Family Specialists and a Parent Advocate
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Minimum two (2) years experience with families and children
- Experience in Child Welfare
- Foster care experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including periodic evenings and weekends, and ability to travel to community settings throughout NYC.
Desired Skills:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
- LMSW a plus
- NYS Drivers License a plus
