Job Title: Coach
Program: Fair Futures
Salary: 50,000-54,000 (based on your education and work experience)
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for a Passionate & Experienced Coach. Coaches will be responsible for motivating young adults in foster care, ages 14 – 21, by utilizing conversational and motivational interviewing techniques to explore potential educational and career paths as well as current viable soft skill learning opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, or related human services field .
- At least three years of experience working with at-risk or system-involved young people. Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to ensure service delivery to the youth.
Desired Skills:
Computer literate, Knowledgeable about youth resources and service.
