437-bed teaching hospital
2 years of experience required
Uniform : scrubs (all white, all navy, or a combination)
Patient ratios : 1 : 6
36 GH, Croc-type shoes with holes are not allowed
Contract length : 8-12 weeks, 3x12's or 4x12's
3 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
Job Requirements
NY State license
2 years of MS / Tele or ED Admission experience
Schedule Information

Additional Details
Driver's license or ID with address and clear picture is required.
Local rate is $85 (Local defined as within 75 miles of the facility)
Local notes : must have permanent address at least 75 miles away from the facility.
