As an Operating Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's mechanical systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure boilers and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Operate chillers and absorbers and make adjustments as needed.
- Compile water treatment reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, steam pipes, and related machinery.
- Operate automated building control computers and make corrections as required.
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical rooms and identify areas for improvement.
