For well over a century our commitment to serve our community inspires our staff to provide the highest quality of care to all who we have the privilege to serve.ResponsibilitiesFull Time OpportunityMonday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30 pm & On CallThis position is responsible for providing Neurological Diagnostics procedures in all patient care areas including NCS / EMG. Assess diagnostics needs of patients and works under medical supervision operating sophisticated medical equipment.Recognizes clinically significant events and follows facility policy and procedures regarding critical test resultsCommunicates appropriately and effectively with the patient to convey the purpose of the NCS and answers questions regarding the test as well as with higher level personnelPerforms standard and complex electroencephalographic recordingsKeeps equipment in a clean operating condition. Troubleshoots and repairs minor malfunctions in the equipment.
