Roseburg is located on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon's scenic Douglas County. The community is nestled in a lush forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua. • Shift :
• Monday - Friday 6am - 2 : 30pm
• Job Summary :

Receives, stores, maintains and distributes materials and equipment in accordance with departmental policies to meet customer needs.

• Essential Functions :
• Receives all incoming materials, supplies and equipment and compares the information on the packing list with the purchase order to verify accuracy of the shipments. Inspects shipments for damages or defects, and records discrepancies or damage in shipments. Delivers express packages and next day deliveries upon receipt.
• Enters product receipts into the computer and delivers items to the appropriate hospital location or department.
• Receives Departmental requisitions for supplies and picks stock from inventory for delivery. Enters issues to departments in the computer and distributes the product to the designated areas.
• Cleans and rearranges storeroom to accommodate inventory items. Reviews inventory items for inventory levels or outages and reports discrepancies to the Materials Handler.
• Prepares and ships outgoing inventory returns and general outgoing freight by verifying documentation to make correct delivery of materials.
• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Materials Management Department.
• Prints and applies patient charge labels to appropriate patient charge items.
• Assures that the stock and storage areas are clean, safe and orderly.
• Functions at the Materials Management Coordinator (MMC) security level in the Lawson Supply Chain software. Maintains competency in the Lawson modules for : Receiving, Purchase Orders, Inventory Adjustments, Physical Inventory Process, Issues, and others as needed.
• Functions as the Print Shop Lead for reproduction and copying of printed materials produced at the hospital. Duties include duplication of existing forms, plus bindery operations for folding, padding, drilling, booklets & NCR forms. Upon completion, the Print Shop Lead also delivers completed forms to the end users. Works with the end users to note and correct any printing errors.
• Reviews Print Shop forms prior to printing to make sure the form is accurate, and makes corrections or alterations to the page layout where necessary.
• Greets visitors and vendor representatives, answers routine questions regarding department operation, and directs same to appropriate individual.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Qualifications
• Experience :
• One year of experience in a comparable position.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience is acceptable.
• Education :
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pay Range

16.26 - $22.36 / hour
