The Physical Therapist complies with all regulatory, professional, ethical, quality improvement and facility standards, performs charting and patient progress notes as well as supervision, training and assistance to department personnel. The Physical Therapist serves in a multidisciplinary capacity providing services to a wide variety of populations which may include pediatric, medical / surgical, orthopedics, outpatient. Homecare services are also provided and may increase travel frequency.Essential Key Job ResponsibilitiesPatient care including evaluation and treatment of patients referred by providersProvides appropriate supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnelCompletes documentation related to patient care in a timely mannerParticipates in and provides educational in-services for staff and providersCollaborates with healthcare team and provides professional recommendations regarding patient careParticipates in patient related care coordination activities (e.g. care conferences, etc.)Positive promotion of department and profession within hospital / clinic as well as communityOther duties as assigned by managementQualificationsRequirementsPossesses a degree from a baccalaureate, Masters or Doctorate program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organizationLicensed to practice as physical therapist within the State of NDTwo years of appropriate experience as a physical therapistPossesses and maintains current CPR certificationCurrent ND Driver’s licensePreferredCommunity / home health experience#NDhomehealthPay Range$36.17 - $52.44 / hourWe are an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
