Responsibilities
Provides registration support for facilitation of patient flow and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate a safe quality experience for patients through the continuum of care.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with bed board and patient throughput by placing patients in rooms
- Tracks DC and monitors actual times for bed cleaning
- Escalates any transportation issues after hours
- Responsible for light data collecting and reporting
- Orders DME for the department and they track and order office supplies
- Answers phones and address any issues
- Attends escalation meetings
- Assists HIM with patient appeals from the care management department.
- Maintains accurate accommodation codes
- Works with Nursing supervision on placing PACU patients.
- Emails daily DC for the house when the HUB RN is not in
- Ensures patient flow is not impeded.
- Maintains strong communication and tracking with the patient access department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Pay Range
USD $22.99 - USD $30.23 / Hr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses / incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
