This training is available for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience. This dynamic Nursing Assistant Training Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the healthcare field. Those in the program will have the opportunity to work alongside our award-winning interdisciplinary team in the only Level I Trauma Center for Adults, Level II Trauma Center for Pediatrics and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on the South Shore of Long Island. Job Details Requirements for the Nursing Assistant Training Program : Passion for patient care, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred experience : Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and / or exposure to healthcare.
