- You will work collaboratively with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis, trend identification, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement quality improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for change.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 4 years of RN experience in acute care hospitals.
- Experience in quality/performance improvement, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in EMR, MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
