Role Overview
The Hospitality and Culinary Services Leader is responsible for managing culinary and retail programs, ensuring they meet program service support objectives. This role provides consultative, operational, and technical support to managers in support of the overall management of Food Service culinary and retail programs.
Key Performance Indicators
- Oversee the development and management of culinary and retail programs.
- Standardize policies and procedures related to expense management and operations.
- Elevate the customer experience by ensuring high-quality food and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a Degree in Culinary Arts (2-4 year program).
- A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate or large multi-site leadership position (healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, planning, delegation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
