Job Summary:
As an Imaging Services Representative, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient scheduling and registration for radiology procedures and/or testing, supporting the expansion of our Radiology Department's business development by establishing good working relationships with physician's offices and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient scheduling and registration for radiology procedures and/or testing
- Support the expansion of the Radiology Department's business development
- Establish good working relationships with physician's offices and patients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in hospital scheduling, registration, and insurance benefit verification and certification
- Medical terminology, CPT coding, and strong customer service skills preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $24.15 - USD $29.40 per hour, which serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
