Summary:
This position has both operational and administrative responsibilities. Operational responsibilities include staffing of the transportation specialist position in the Transfer Center during all designated operational hours and coordination of all designated acute care ambulance dispatch. Administrative responsibilities include maintenance of all transportation operation manuals, the transportation orientation process, coordination and verification of the vendor transportation invoice process, and maintenance of on line transportation systems.

Responsibilities:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- AAS Degree in Business
- A minimum of three (3) years office manager or resource scheduling experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer literacy and competency in Microsoft office applications to include Excel
