Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains confidentiality of all hospital and staff information.Responsibilities : EDUCATION :
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required
- Current New York State LicensureEXPERIENCE :
- Relevant / current out-patient experience preferred in pediatrics, OB / GYN, and / or Medicine, depending on location and services offered at site.
- Have previous occupational health or infection control experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY :
- Successful completion of pharmacy test.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
