Our Lady of Consolation is offering fully paid training and, upon successful completion, a full-time or part-time role working at our facility. This training is available for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience.
This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the healthcare field. Those in the program will have the opportunity to work alongside our compassionate team dedicated to providing excellence in care.

What to expect:
- Skills you will learn: Patient care activities such as proper hygienic care (bathing, showering, shaving, etc.), assisting with hydration and nutrition, ambulation and transportation of patients, therapeutic communication and assisting in emergency situations.
- BLS certification provided.
- Training/Orientation is fully paid at the same rate of the position.
- Classroom-style learning supplemented with hands on clinical training.
- Agreement to an 18 month commitment period working at Our Lady of Consolation upon successful completion of the training program.
Requirements:
- Passion for Patient Care
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience: Customer Service experience, Caregiver experience and demonstrated interest and/or exposure to healthcare.

Salary Range
