Job Details
Responsibilities of the Concierge include:
- Greeting patients and visitors to the hospital
- Accompany patients and visitors to their destinations
- Provide limited patent information
- Provide facility information
- Manage patient and visitor issues (in conjunction with patient relations)
- Any front desk phone and take messages
- Managing mail and deliveries when necessary
Requirements for the Concierge role include:
- High School diploma required
- Prior hospital patient/visitor and or customer service experience preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills required
- Willingness to handle sensitive situations with patients and visitors with compassion
- Willing and able to work in a stressful fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient computer skills
Salary Range
USD $25.65 - USD $25.65 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
