Job Details
Responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the facility in a sanitary, odorless and pleasant condition for residents/patients and staff
- Sweep, damp mop and vacuum floors
- Must be able to lift furniture, such as tables and chairs for special assignments
- Receive and understand verbal and written assignments in order to carry out tasks successfully
- Must be able to work in all areas of the facility
- Pick up trash, diapers and soiled linen, deposit in the proper receptacles
- Pick-up and prepare infectious waste for pick-up by outside company
- Deliver packages and articles when required
- Wash walls and windows inside and out
- Follow proper line of communication according to chain of command. Exercise good judgment when accomplishing tasks where resident/patient or employees may be involved
- Ensure the residents/patients right to privacy
Requirements:
- Must read and write comprehensive English
- Elementary school level acceptable, high school equivalency preferred
Salary Range
USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
