Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in restorative sub-acute and long term care setting in accordance with the physician's orders and direction of the occupational therapist.
- Carry out treatment as directed by the occupational therapist in conjunction with the client and/or caregiver.
- Appropriate documentation necessary including progress notes, attendance, billing minutes and MD orders.
- May require strenuous activity while assisting patients and/or residents with their rehabilitation program.
Education:
- Licensed as an OTA in NYS.
- Associate Degree required SNF experience preferred, but not required
Salary Range
USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
