Job Details
The Rehab Services Coordinator is responsible for:
- Managing clerical staff,
- Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake,
- Scheduling, registering patients
- Verifying insurances,
- Tacking insurance authorizations,
- Collecting copays,
- Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Strong managerial, communication, and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast paced front office environment.
- Able to multitask, prioritize duties, and have strong organizational skills.
- Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.
Salary Range
USD $22.42 - USD $33.63 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
