Summary :

Ensure that supplies are ordered and received. Deliver supplies and maintain the Central Supply Department in a clean, organized and functional condition. Receive and distribute supplies throughout the organization and maintains control of supplies and equipment for all hospital departments.

Responsibilities : EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE

  • Store room area or inventory control experience preferred

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Complete arithmetic computations
  • Maintain a large store room containing a variety of medical and other supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and maintain records of requisition
  • Read, understand and maintain records of purchase orders and storeroom operations
  • Plan and efficiently arrange the storage of a variety of supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory records to insure adequate stock
