Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Summary & Objective:
Assists in various Accounts Payable and Accounting functions.
Essential Functions:
Accounts Payable Related Functions:
- Code vendor invoices and employee expense reports to ensure proper entry into the financial accounting system.
- Input Accounts Payable transactions into the financial accounting system.
- Match checks with invoice packages for final review prior to mailing out checks.
- Assist accounts payable administrator with vendor correspondence (mail, phone, or email).
- Filing and scanning of accounts payable documents.
Accounts Receivable Related Functions:
- Maintain monthly detail of incoming customer payments (cash receipts) used to reconcile cash receipts to billing system.
- Preparation of cash report used to compile the Corporate Flash Report on a regular basis.
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of all investment accounts on a monthly basis.
Other:
- Preparation of Miscellaneous Reports required on a regular basis.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds, walk, climb stair or ladders, stand on feet for extended periods of time, etc.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
High School diploma required. Previous Accounting experience required.
