What You'll Do:
- Oversee and direct daily operations in the Electrophysiology lab, ensuring efficient procedures and top-tier patient care.
- Supervise and lead staff, providing technical guidance on the use of state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring smooth service programs.
- Develop staffing schedules, manage time sheets, and ensure department needs are met.
- Help prepare and manage the budget, reviewing expenditures and addressing variances.
- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to meet credentialing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels and avoid outdates.
- Perform Electrophysiology examinations, patient education, and data collection for quality assurance and control.
- Act as a representative for the lab in key committees, including Radiation Safety.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure consistent lab functionality.
- Facilitate staff education and in-services to keep the team updated on new procedures and technology.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate's degree or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Electrophysiology lab, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Must be currently registered with the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Certification in ARRT, RCES, or RCIS required.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electrophysiology procedures and equipment, excellent verbal communication skills, and leadership abilities to oversee a team and operations effectively.
