Who you are:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Float Pool for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), a career path is set for you! You are flexible and thrive on change while growing your skill set from Med Surg to Telemetry to Cardiac Units! Working in the Nursing Float Pool you will receive an additional differential to your base pay!
This is a Full-time 36hrs/week position on the Night Shift.

What you'll do:
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
- Employ your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting a plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
- You will serve as a mentor for your team
- You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients
What you'll bring:
- New grads encouraged to apply!
- Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
- BSN strongly preferred
