Gaming Attendant

Catie's Place is looking for new members to join our team. We are looking for friendly individuals who appreciate and understand the value of excellent customer service. We currently are in need of a person that is over 21 years old and available days, nights and weekend MUST be able to work 2pm-8pm and 8pm- 2am THIS IS A PARTTIME POSTION Perfect for a retiree or veteran! Relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest.
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Meet store operating policies and standards of safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering the guests needs and boundaries through clear communication.
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Available to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate the needs of fellow team members.
Carefully monitors the store and assists Management in identifying and resolving current and potential guest problems.

Qualifications:

Ability to build relationships
Basic cash handling skills including writing dollar amounts and performing basic math to determine register balance.
Stand for long periods of time
Lift a maximum of 30 pounds approximately waist high.
Work at a pace consistent with changing business volumes and demands throughout the shift.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry our oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Ability to work as part of a team.
