Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Manage inventory by ordering stock, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Supervise and train retail staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Assist in recruiting new team members to build a strong retail workforce.
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to strategies for improvement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
