The Assistant Manager is responsible for all activities and objectives of one store, including sales generation , effective customer service , shrinkage , Human Resource management, merchandising, administrative , expense management and store maintenance . All activities must be directed in strict compliance with all Cato Corporation policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Opportunities to advance to an SM and DM level .
