## Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and floor sets.
- Manage payroll and scheduling of staff
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Drive sales and meet daily sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or Managment environment
- Proficiency in inventory management, payroll, and training development
- Familiarity with cash register operations and sales techniques
- Strong market awareness to drive business growth
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
