**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily store operations and staff activities - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues - Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members - Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Assist in budgeting and financial management - Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

**Experience:** - Previous experience in retail management is preferred - Proficiency in inventory control and stock management - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
