## Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
## Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Leadership abilities to guide and support team members
- Experience with payroll processes and employee orientation is advantageous
