What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time assistant manager position at Cato Fasions?
We are looking for a result-driven Part time Assistant Manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads, to closing sales. Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a manager are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting both the store's sales goals, and personal goals.
We are also seeking part time sales associates that would be responsible for sales goals and upkeep of the store.
