As the HRBP, you’ll partner closely with the Go To Market business leaders at all levels and support employees throughout their organization to drive and support our business growth. Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor and collaborate with sales leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide front-line support for employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries, supporting internal mobility, and guiding managers through employees related issues
- Recommend strategies to promote culture and motivate employees
- Advise leaders on performance management, employee development and team building
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a top-notch new hire experience, participate in the interview process
- Provide support during employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal employment laws/regulations.
- Provide support to HR projects
- Operate with autonomy and discretion
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years' experience in a fully functional HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years supporting North America Go To Market Teams in a rapidly growing, high-demand, role supporting multiple departments
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of organization.
- Strong knowledge employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience in a dynamic agile environment, ideally in the Cybersecurity or SaaS space is required
- Proven success in driving projects forward successfully to completion
- Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organization issues
- Proven ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
