Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist with cash handling and retail math tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to foster a positive shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
