We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your contributions will directly support our waitstaff and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, bringing out food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Skills
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
