As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils after each use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
