Mental Health/Disability Associate Coordinator

• Co-Facilitates with the Education Coordinator, the Child Success Team and the process of referring to the Mental Health Consultant and/or outside agencies.
• Maintains documentation to ensure program compliance with Performance Standards.
• Coordinate services of mental health and special education professionals as they relate to transitions from the Early Head Start and Head Start children and families.
• Liaison between agency and Mental Health Consultant and CPSE divisions within the different school districts.
• Utilizes Developmental and Behavioral Screenings in the referral process.
• Assist with special projects consistent with program goals and as assigned, participates in program committees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.79 per hour
