The Office Manager/Book Keeper will play a pivotal role in leading our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, ensuring effective project management, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning operational goals with the overall mission.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor leadership teams to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business development and organizational growth.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and customers, negotiating partnerships that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission and vision.
- Manage the daily accounting, using Quickbooks.
- Oversee all company insurance policies and employee insurance policies
- Calculate payroll and perform ACH's.
- Manage Accounts Recieveable and Payable.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Extensive background in operations management with a focus on process improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex business relationships.
- Experience in strategic planning with a track record of successful business development initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
