Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Concrete Pump Operators to join our team. The operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating concrete pump trucks, ensuring timely and accurate concrete placement on job sites. Operators will be expected to be self-starters and able to work in various, fast-paced environments. We are a small locally owned company looking for team players who want to make a difference everyday they come to work!

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate DY, KCP and Schwing concrete pumps.

· Safely drive and maneuver pump trucks to and from job sites.

· Safely set up, prime, and clean the pump system, hoses, and other equipment before and after each job.

· Work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth workflow, safe and efficient concrete placement.

· Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck and pump are in proper working condition.

· Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and DOT requirements while on the job and in transit – maintain an acceptable driving record while employed.

· Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team – general maintenance knowledge is a plus.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pump truck and associated equipment.

· Must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR and physical assessment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience operating DY, KCP and Schwing concrete pumps (preferred).

· Valid CDL without Automatic Restriction (preferred).

· Valid CDL with a clean driving record (preferred but may vary by employer).

· Experience in concrete pumping is preferred but

· Strong understanding of concrete pump mechanics, job site safety, and proper setup procedures.

· Ability to lift heavy hoses, climb ladders, and work in various outdoor conditions.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment including maintaining emotions during stressful situations.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings (12AM-5AM start times), late evenings, and weekends as needed.

· Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
