Broiler Assistant

** $18.50-$24.50/hour depending on experience and location**

The Broiler Assistant has primary responsibility for quickly and efficiently preparing proper sized portions of high quality seafood, appetizers and side items to order and to proper temperature and appearance. The Broiler Assistant also has primary responsibility for assisting the Broiler Cook in timing of orders, quality control for all items and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
