FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Director of Communications in executing paid influencer contracts directly with Creators or through agencies and management companies.
- Collaborate in the creation of clear, concise, and collaborative campaign briefs, ensuring they are aligned with the launch strategy.
- Liaise effectively with Creators and agencies on campaign communications from briefing to live content date.
- Support Communications team in planning and executing launch events.
- Assist Communications team with the packing and shipping of event materials and collateral (must be able to lift up to 30 pounds).
- Assist Director of Communications in mailer planning and execution (e.g. brainstorming themes for creative gifting, communication with external vendors, managing internal deadlines, working with internal warehouse team).
- Source and identify potential creative partners to support team EMV goals and drive brand awareness.
- Assist in organizing and tracking campaigns in real-time using CreatorIQ’s platform (e.g. content tagging, discovering talent, competitive analysis and manual content uploads).
- Assist with organic micro-influencer programming as needed (e.g. retailer activations, cultural moments).
- Foster organic community growth through relationship-building, gifting and access.
- Oversee organic gifting and influencer initiatives, including experiential launch and spa events.
- Identify emerging talent, trends, and brands relevant to the Communications team.
- Analyze social data, present key findings and apply insights to future programs.
- Assist in recap support for key launches and VIP events.
- Maintain and update the PR list (address changes, reach, etc.).
- Manage all send outs, office orders, and product fulfillment needs for the team.
- Share relevant beauty news and competitive insights with the broader Marketing team.
- Execute press pitching for new and evergreen launches, and viral moments.
- Assist with editorial Beauty Award submissions.
- Assist in managing reservation bookings for Creator and Team member.
- Opportunity to travel to influencer events as needed.
- Opportunity to entertain Creators and agents on a bi-weekly basis (this role requires flexible schedule).
- Work directly with Finance team on timely submission and payment for all talent and vendors.
- Assist in admin duties and/or other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or equivalent related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years of related full time work experience at an agency or in-house at a brand; industry referral strongly recommended.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs for influencer campaigns (preferred experience using CreatorIQ/Tribe Dynamics).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Suite.
- Beauty experience, preferably with luxury brand preferred.
- Passionate about the cosmetics industry, clean beauty and Caudalie’s brand mission.

Work Hours & Location
- Reports to the Director of Communications and Special Events, Caudalie USA.
- Available to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Work location is in the corporate office located in New York City (Flatiron District area).
- Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
