What are the responsibilities and job description for the Before and After School Counselor position at Caughlin Club Kidz?
Caughlin Adventure Camp is looking to add a new Counselor to our team! Do you love working with school-age children? The Adventure Camp program provides care and transportation for before and after school to a number of local schools. We offer a curriculum and activities that are done with the children daily after school, help with homework and reading, serve snacks, and keeps the classroom clean and organized and a place that is ready to learn.
Adventure Camp also runs programs during WCSD breaks (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and school closures. This person MUST feel comfortable driving a 14-passenger van (must be 21 to drive) to and from schools, as well as field trips during breaks. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. Pay will be based on experience.
There is potential for this to be a part time or full-time split shift position. We are currently looking to fill 3pm to 6pm. This will move to a full time 8 hour shift during school breaks/camps. Benefits are offered to those who work more than part-time.
