What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Inside Sales Agent position at Caul Group Residential?
Caul Group Residential is a nationally recognized leader in real estate sales based in Cary, NC. We need one new Inside Sales Agent to add to our all-star team. We are searching for driven, goal-oriented, high achievers who excel when working with like-minded peers.
No real estate experience is necessary; however, PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE and a NORTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE LICENSE are required.
The primary duties of an inside sales associate are to make outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments for our seller and buyer agents.
The inside sales associates also receive inbound customer inquiries and either set seller or buyer appointments or add the contact to the database for future business.
The position is full-time in our Cary Office.
Compensation is base salary plus commission.
Year one on-target earnings are approximately $50,000-$60,000 (base plus commission).
Year two on-target earnings are approximately $60,000-$80,000 (base plus commission).
Advancement opportunities include Listing Agent and Buyer Agent.
