Position Overview : The Senior AI and Analytics Engineer plays a critical role in developing and optimizing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the organization. Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, this role combines expertise in machine learning, AI-driven analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence to design solutions that support decision-making, streamline operations, and improve performance across multiple departments.
This individual will lead the development and implementation of AI models, analytics tools, and predictive systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. The Senior AI and Analytics Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining cutting-edge knowledge in AI trends and ensuring seamless integration of AI models into the organization's data platforms.
Responsibilities :
AI Development and Implementation
- Identify opportunities to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to improve business processes and facilitate decision-making.
- Explore, build, and implement large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) tools for predictive analytics, automated workflows, and process optimization.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance while also remaining available to resolve technical issues related to AI implementation, model performance, and data integration.

Annual Salary : $150,000 - $170,000. Additionally, the Sr. AI and Analytics Engineer will be eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
