Qualifications
- LMFT or LMFT-A in the state of Connecticut
- 1-5 years of clinical experiences working with families, especially those with teenagers and young adult children
- Strong knowledge of professional and ethical standards in accordance with the AAMFT Code of Ethics
- Exceptional administrative, organizational, communication, relational, and time management skills
- Prior experience working effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team preferred
Direct Service Responsibilities
- Provide family therapy in accordance with ethical and professional standards; therapeutic framework must be a family systems model
- Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records and documents
- Maintain a direct clinical service caseload between 10-20 hours per week (these hours do not include administrative meetings noted below)
- Ensure timely, professional, and integrity-driven decisions in the best interest of clients, colleagues, and the business
- Review appropriate clinical documentation prior to and during client engagement
- Establish consistent communication with active clients to develop and maintain weekly schedule of sessions
- Participate in administrative meetings as needed, including but no limited to client-onboarding, squad meetings, clinical meeting, rounds calls, and program review meetings.
- Represent Causeway Collaborative in community and networking opportunities to strengthen brand, build brand awareness, and drive business growth
Supervision
- Participate in individual and/or group supervision and be open to feedback
- Identify elements of risk and communicate this in a timely manner with supervisor
- Be accessible to the team for the purposes of coordinating client care
Research/Program Development (AS NEEDED)
- Collect and record data under direction of clinical supervisor
