Sanitation Team Member
The sanitation team member will be responsible for various
janitorial and sanitation activities within a GMP food manufacturing facility 5
days a week Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do :
Clean office area, restrooms, break room, rest
rooms, and hallways per our master sanitation schedule.
Removal of production waste generated throughout
the day.
Stocking of required GMP supplies for the
production team.
Assist in managing GMP supply inventory.
Perform non-routine cleaning tasks including but
not limited to cleaning transfer bins, cleaning drains in non-production areas,
and cleaning of non-production areas.
Assist in cleaning of warehouse spaces.
Utilize good documentational practices to record
cleaning activities.
Utilize floor scrubber around the facility
The Qualifications :
Demonstrate proper clock management and maintain
strong attendance.
Ability to read and follow procedures (in
English or Spanish).
Maintain close concentration and visual
attention to assigned tasks.
You must be willing and able to follow
instructions.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with smart phones and tablets.
Physical Requirements :
Physical dexterity, ability to lift up to 45 lbs and push / pull trash hoppers.
The ability to work in varied environmental
conditions (dry, cold)
The ability to stand and work on feet for 8 to
10 hours at a time
Must be able to identify, assess and observe
detail
Ability to communicate with others and exchange
information accurately and effectively.
Ability to squat, kneel, bend and twist
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
and in a safe manner
Allergens : We prepare products with milk and
sesame containing ingredients. Team members must be able to work
with these ingredients.
