Overview
We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and a strong technical background to contribute to our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications
- Conduct root cause analysis on assembly issues and implement corrective actions
- Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Utilize CAD software for interpreting technical drawings
- Perform welding tasks as needed
- Conduct equipment repairs and maintenance as required
- Worked with sheet metal for fabrication projects
Qualifications
- Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- 3- 5 years of experience in precision assembly
- Experienced in drilling and preparing close-tolerance holes for structural assembly and fastener installation
- Document and maintain accurate records, have strict procedural compliance, and read drawings and prints
- Ability to use standard tools and basic fabrication equipment
- Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace hardware, or other related fields
- Demonstrated ability to use standard mechanical tools, fabrication shop equipment
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
