Responsibilities
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and prioritize the movement of materials
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, order pickers, and cherry pickers
- Perform materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and storing items
- Use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting activities
Skills
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Experience with operating heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
- Ability to use RF scanners for inventory control
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to material handling
- Previous experience in a distribution center is a plus
