Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a Inventory & Logistics Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal/communication skills.
The position will oversee the all aspects of inventory management and work with warehousing, logistics, raw material, production, and shipping and receiving departments.

Candidate must be local and able to commute to the facility in Pittsfield, MA. This is not a remote position.
- Candidate must be fluent in the entire Microsoft suite as well as have the ability to learn new software and ERP systems.
- The candidate must have great attention to detail and ability to problem solve data entry issues.
- Experience in customer service, interpersonal skills, and supervision is a plus.
Duties
- Maintain and track accurate inventory records.
- Learn new ERP system with barcoding and scanning capabilities.
- Train and supervise employees on inventory scanning, transactions, and maintenance.
- Audit and check physical inventory against system.
- Work across departments to develop processes and train for linking digital transactions to real world movement of raw materials.
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, including transcribing information and entering information into our systems.
- Utilize databases and maintain organized records.
- Must be able to walk through large warehouses, verify inventory, lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to learn to operate a forklift.
Requirements
- Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and experience using various systems for data management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers professionally.
- Ability to tie data entry to real world processes.
- Valid drivers license.
- Some experience in inventory management, warehousing, shipping and receiving, scheduling, logistics, or production planning is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
