Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in the irrigation of gardens and landscapes to ensure proper water distribution.
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and planting as needed.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds and pathways.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor tasks.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
