Cavallo is seeking a Head of Product to lead and inspire our Product organization in creating best-in-class, data-driven applications that drive business growth and market leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio and fostering a high-performing, customer-centric team.


The ideal candidate is scrappy, thriving in a “wartime” environment, where bold decisions, rapid iterations, and relentless focus on impact define success. As a visionary leader, the Head of Product will define and execute the product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions address market needs with innovation and impact. This is a role for a builder, not just a strategist—someone who can break down barriers, move fast, and drive measurable revenue impact in a dynamic and competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead with urgency and precision—move fast, challenge the status quo, and push boundaries to drive ARR growth, adoption, and market dominance.
  • Mentor and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities, market needs, and technological advancements.
  • Execute with a hands-on approach—work alongside engineering, sales, and marketing to drive outcomes, not just ideas.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact, using analytics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop mission-critical, data-intensive products that unlock automation, analytics-driven insights, and competitive advantages.
  • Obsess over customer experience and revenue growth, building products that drive adoption, retention, and monetization.
  • Prioritize with ruthless efficiency, identifying high-impact opportunities and executing with urgency.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, making tough calls and leading decisively in fast-changing, high-stakes environments.
  • Be the voice of the product, advocating internally and externally to align stakeholders and accelerate execution.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 10 years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven track record of driving ARR growth through product innovation, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
  • Zero to One innovation with experience developing and launching new products into existing and new markets, navigating successfully through problem-solution and product-market fit.
  • Deep technical acumen—strong understanding of analytics, AI-driven insights, automation, and cloud-based application architecture.
  • Relentless execution mindset—bias for action, ability to move at startup speed, and focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, making fast decisions and pushing through obstacles in uncertain environments.
  • Balance of strategy and execution—visionary thinking combined with the ability to get hands-on and drive immediate results.
  • Exceptional storytelling and influence skills—ability to align stakeholders, secure buy-in, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles to create intuitive and impactful product experiences.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha! to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, with a focus on scalability and profitability.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to understand technical concepts and trade-offs, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
